Shipping policy

Ezymind Healthcare Private Limited (“Company or “we” or “our” or “us) is committed to maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality, including the timely delivery of products through its shipping services. The shipping policy (“Shipping Policy”) outlines the Company’s obligations and commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all orders are processed and dispatched at the earliest. By accessing the website www.getinnergize.com and any associated applications, including but not limited to Innergize App (collectively, the “Platform”) and placing an order, you acknowledge and expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the Shipping Policy, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with applicable law.

 

1.                  Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and /or text from the Company stating that your order has been shipped. This communication will include the applicable tracking number(s), which shall become active and trackable within a period of 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time of issuance.

 

2.                  All shipments shall be undertaken in accordance with the delivery slot selected by you at the time of placing the order, provided that such delivery time shall be treated as indicative and non-binding. The estimated delivery timeline is subject to product availability and the delivery destination. You acknowledge that delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances, and in such events, the Company shall make reasonable efforts to notify you through email or SMS communication. An order shall be deemed executed and fulfilled in the following instances: (i) the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete; (ii) the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery; (iii) the premises of the recipient are found locked; or (iv) the recipient refuses to accept the delivery. Where the recipient is unavailable, it may instruct the delivery personnel to leave the order with a gatekeeper, receptionist, or neighbor. In the event of any dispute regarding the delivery, the Company shall provide proof of delivery to the recipient. Non-availability of a recipient at the designated delivery address shall not constitute a delay in delivery, and under such circumstances, no claim for cancellation, refund, or liability shall be entertained. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to coordinate the delivery, which may include: (a) contacting the recipient to reschedule delivery; (b) leaving a delivery notice with instructions to contact the delivery personnel; or (c) placing the order in a secure location at the discretion of the recipient.

 

3.                  Shipping charges applicable to your order shall be calculated based on the delivery location and shall be disclosed at the time you place the order through the Platform. The Company endeavors to ensure timely delivery, however, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping services are currently limited to addresses located within the territory of India.

 

4.                  The Company shall not be held liable for any loss of or damage to the products that occurs during transit or delivery of the order by the shipping carrier. In the event you receive a damaged order, you are advised to promptly contact the relevant shipping carrier to initiate a claim process. You must retain all original packaging materials and the damaged goods as evidence to support your claim with the relevant shipping carrier.

 

5.                  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Shipping Policy, where the delivery of an order is undertaken by a third party, the Company disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, with respect to the delivery of such order. The products shall be delivered through third party as may be engaged by the Company, and such deliveries shall be governed solely by the terms and conditions, policies, and practices of the respective third party.

 


Prior to dispatch, a confirmation will be sent to verify the shipping address. Following this verification, orders are expected to be shipped within 31 days. Delivery dates will lie upto 4-14 days from the date of shipping. While we are not liable for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities, we ensure that the consignment will be handed over to the courier company or necessary authorities.
