Refund policy
Ezymind Healthcare Private Limited (“Company” or “we” or “our” or “us) is committed to maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality, including managing return and refund events smoothly. The return and refund policy (“Return and Refund Policy”) outlines the Company’s obligations and commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all orders are processed and dispatched at the earliest. By accessing the website www.getinnergize.com and any associated applications, including but not limited to Innergize App (collectively, the “Platform”) and placing an order, you acknowledge and expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the Return and Refund Policy, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with applicable law.
1. Duration: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with documentation, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
2. Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact us at info@getinnergize.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items should be returned to: A-6/1, Industrial Area Phase I, Block A, Naraina Industrial Area Phase 1, Naraina, Delhi 110028, India. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you reside outside of India, please be aware that shipping times may vary.
3. Cancellation and Refunds Before Shipping: Regardless of the mode of payment—be it partial payment or payment in full—customers have the option to cancel their orders and avail a refund on their respective amounts until the items have not been shipped or dispatched. Post shipping, no cancellations will be possible due to logistical limitations.
4. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
